Congratulations to breeder/owner JSM EQUINE, LLC on the New Years Day victory by their filly HAUTE DIVA (’23 Constitution / Diva Style f.) in the CASH RUN STAKES going one mile on the main track at Gulfstream Park. The grey sophomore got up just in time to prevail by a neck at the wire garnering her first black type.
Off the board only once in seven outings HAUTE DIVA’s resume boasts two wins and four seconds with earnings of $158,635. She is trained by PATRICK BIANCONE.

Exciting young stallion Leinster added another stakes performer to his credit when LAIGINA (’23 Leinster / Patriotic Brother f.) ran on gamely to be second in the GINGER BREW STAKES at Gulfstream Park. Trained by PATRICK BIANCONE – owned by the conditioner in partnership with GREEN WITH MV STABLE the filly was making her fourth career start, having previously broken her maiden on Dec. 4th. From those four starts her record stands at 4-1-1-0 with $62,130 in earnings.

The New Year started off with a bang for RANCHO TEMESCAL THOROUGHBRED PARTNERS and SINNERS OR SAINTS when their MARGARITA GIRL (’22 Twirling Candy / My Day f.) finished with a flourish to secure her first Graded Stakes win in Sunday’s LAS FLORESS STAKES (G3) at Santa Anita. Earning a 105 Equibase Speed Figure, the MARK GLATT trainee completed the six furlong dirt contest in a final time of 1:09.9.
Purchased as a yearling for $130,000 by ALL STAR BLOODSTOCK at the 2023 Keeneland September Sale, MARGARITA GIRL was subsequently acquired by SAINTS OR SINNERS at the 2024 OBS March Sale when hammered-down for $575,000
