Friday Nov 3:
Congratulations go out to two very game Wavertree grads, INTERSTATEDAYDREAM (‘19f. Classic Empire / Babcock) and TIZZY IN THE SKY (’19 f. Sky Kingdon / Tiz The Tide), as they ran 1-2, respectively, in Aqueduct’s Turnback The Alarm Stakes Friday. Quickest away from the gate, INTERSTATEDAYDREAM HAD OPENED UP A SIX-LENGTH LEAD AT THE HALF-MILE MARK. But TIZZY IN THE SKY always had the leader in her sights and made a valiant bid down the stretch to just miss by a neck.
INTERSTATEDAYDREAM is trained by  BRAD COX. She was purchased for $175,000 by current owner FLURRY RACING STABLE out of the 2021 OBS April Sale. Her 10th triple-digit Equibase performance Friday came in her 14th career start. Off the board just once in her lifetime, she is a MGSW of over $800,000.
TIZZY IN THE SKY is owned by KIM DON RACING LLC and trained by TODD PLETCHER. Bred by WEST ROCK STABLES LLC she is a stakes-placed earner of $243,900 and owns a record of 8-3-3-0.
We wish both of these exciting fillies and their connections all the best in the future.
